Furnish and Deliver Various Medium- Duty Diesel Vehicles and Battery Electric Vehicles- The Contractor shall furnish and deliver various Medium- Duty Diesel Vehicles and Battery Electric Vehicles ( BEV) for the Department of Environmental Services ( ENV), City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii.

Offerors must be responsive and responsible. They must satisfy the license requirement of Chapter 437 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes and provide proof of compliance within three (3) calendar days of the City's request. Successful offerors must also be registered on the Hawaii Compliance Express system or submit required tax clearances and certificates of compliance prior to award.
The notice states that failure to meet contract requirements will constitute a breach of contract that may result in suspension or debarment, and the exercise of rights and remedies as provided by law.
