Delivery is required within 149 days ado (after order).

The delivery schedule for the first lot is before September 30, 2026, with a period of performance from September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The second lot's delivery date is before February 28, 2027, with a period of performance from January 11, 2027, to February 28, 2027.

Payment will be made by EFT. Invoices are to be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless otherwise specified. Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) is used for electronic invoicing and payment requests.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are technical acceptability and price.

Quotations must demonstrate compliance with minimum technical requirements and performance work statement. This includes proof of equipment availability for furniture movement and verification of equipment meeting required load capacities and safety standards.

Quotes that fail to address all requirements or follow all instructions will be considered ineligible for contract award. This includes not completing and signing Standard Form **** in its entirety or failing to submit a complete quote.

The estimated total value is $34,000,****.
