This requirement is being solicited as a single source requirement and awarded as a purchase order to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM): Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. Financial capability requirements are detailed in Section L.
Prospective vendors must demonstrate adequate financial resources to perform this contract. Offerors shall provide any two or three of the financial capability indicators listed in Section L.
The government reserves the right to visit the contractors facilities to resolve any issues. Meetings and reviews will generally be held at Robins AFB.
