Bids must be received by LSU Procurement no later than July 23, 2026, 11:00 AM CT. Delivery of items is to be made within specified days after receipt of order.

Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of properly executed invoice, or delivery and acceptance, whichever is later.

A minimum one-year warranty is required for the Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) System.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive supplier on an all-or-none basis.

Suppliers must be set up in the university's procurement system (Workday) for bid tabulation and award. They must also provide IRS Form W-9 or W-8.

Failure to deliver within the time specified may constitute a default, leading to contract cancellation and potential surcharge for excess costs if purchased on the open market.

Written inquiries for interpretation must be received no later than 4:30 PM CST, four business days prior to the opening of bids.
