The delivery period is 4 months from the date of award. Deliveries are to be made to NSWCDahlgren, with receiving hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 a. m. to 2:30 p. m. local time.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Contractors shall submit payment requests and receiving reports electronically through WAWF.

The contractor shall extend the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the government. The standard commercial warranty period shall begin upon final acceptance.

Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotations will only be accepted from authorized resellers who have provided a letter of authorization from the OEM.
