Failure to submit materials specifications/descriptive literature or Safety Data Sheets (SDS) as part of the offer may subject the offer to disqualification. Bidder shall submit four references for similar work performed in Florida within the last four years.

Failure to submit acknowledgment of any addendum that affects the bid prices is considered a major irregularity and will be cause for rejection of the bid.

The contract must be executed and the required bond furnished within ten 10 days after the contract is presented for signature.

Bidders must submit a statement of bidders qualifications, which includes details on their experience, financial standing, and any pending lawsuits or charges.

If the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to enter into the contract and furnish the required bond within ten 10 days, the bid guaranty will be forfeited as liquidated damages.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT on-site at Charles Whitlock Recreation Center.
