Proposals must be submitted to the City Clerk's office, 3rd floor, City Hall, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, CA ****, prior to 3:00 PM PT on Monday, June 9, 2025. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. The proposals will be opened at 3:00 PM PT on Monday, June 9, 2025, in the designated city hall conference room. One original unbound paper proposal, three complete copies, and a USB flash drive with an exact PDF copy of the complete proposal are required. The proposal package must be submitted in a sealed box or envelope clearly marked with the proposer's name and proposal schedule number 5569. The cutoff date and time for receiving questions regarding this proposal is 5:00 PM PT on Friday, May 23, 2025. All inquiries must be made in writing and submitted to ***@***. *. * contract period is from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028, with possible two additional one-year extensions. The vendor must coordinate a meeting with the city's fleet department representatives prior to the commencement of the contract. The proposal must include a cover letter signed by an authorized representative, a fee proposal form, references form, and federal certifications. The proposal must be complete and conform to the RFP instructions. The evaluation will be based on technical capability, experience, and cost. The city reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive minor irregularities.

The tender requires the repair, testing, and inspection of **** electrical and electronic assemblies, boards, cards, and associated hardware. The repair must be performed according to specified procedures and requirements, including using the latest publications and approved written procedures. The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary parts and materials, unless otherwise specified as government-furnished material. Quality assurance provisions, calibration system requirements, and configuration management are also part of the contract. The contractor must provide a proper enclosed warehouse environment for both material items awaiting repair and assets which have been repaired and are awaiting shipment.

Vendors must have or be in the process of obtaining a distribution and pricing agreement (DAPA) and a separate commercial agreement with the current medical-surgical prime vendor for each Medical Materiel Enterprise Standardization Office (MMESO) area of responsibility (AOR). All items must be on DAPA for the DLA Troop Support MSPV program and manufactured in a Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant country. All items must be on DAPA for the DLA Troop Support MSPV program and manufactured in a Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant country.
