The base year period of performance is from 09/29/2026 through 09/28/2027.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

Contractors must have experience in AMAG PACS upgrade and sustainment, including providing service and maintenance agreements with adjustments, repairs, and replacement of malfunctioning equipment, as well as answering service calls and providing startup and training.

The contractor shall be liable for default unless nonperformance is caused by an occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the contractor and without its fault or negligence.

Failure to comply with contractor personnel security requirements may result in termination of the contract for default.

Vendors must be qualified to provide print and mail services. Payment terms will be net 30 days upon delivery of products and following completion of any services and receipt of invoice.

Vendors must indicate what items have warranties and their duration. Proposals must specify the exact periods of warranty coverage for all proposed equipment.

The evaluation will be based on best value, cost and benefit for GRCC, technical and operational capabilities, project approach, vendor background, and customer references.

Each vendor must provide a brief description of its company, including its experience and history implementing similar solutions, and the qualifications of key personnel.
