The pilots shall possess at a minimum the following qualifications: FAA commercial pilot certificate, type rating, letter of authorization or proper logbook endorsement as required by 14 CFR, part 61 or 91. Current and qualified in aircraft type as required by 14 CFR, part **** 1,500 flight hours, including 250 hours in type. Instructor pilot must be a FAA certified flight instructor with at least 500 total instructor hours including minimum 50 hours instructing in type. Experience instructing at the USAF TPS within the past 5 years.
The anticipated magnitude of this effort shall not exceed 250,**** total for the entire ordering period of 5 years per offeror.
