Remove all existing shingle roofing down to the wood roof deck. Provide 2- ply modified bitumen roofing membrane on a cover board over the existing roof system on all low- slope roof areas. Provide new flashings and pre- finished metal where required. Install new underlayment, ice/water shield and asphalt shingles. Alternates are for new flag support structure and anchors and metal roof system.
