Nitrogen Gas Government Bids & RFPs

This is a notice of intent to sole source for compressed gases for aircraft maintenance from Airgas. The closing date for identifying interest and capability is March 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST. Only written responses via email will be considered.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services for medical gases and cylinder rental for the VA Atlanta Healthcare System. The solicitation is set aside for a servicedisabled veteranowned small business. Quotes are requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The response date is March 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, including a base plus two 1-year option periods. The government will award a contract to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, and lowest price technically acceptable. The government will award an firmfixed price contract base plus 2 1year periods. Prior to evaluating quotes under the nonprice and price evaluation factors, the government will conduct an initial compliance review to determine whether quoters have complied strictly with all solicitation instructions. Quotes which do not strictly comply with all solicitation instructions shall be rejected and will not be evaluated under the nonprice and price evaluation factors. The past performance of the apparent successful quoter will be reviewed by the contracting officer prior to award as part of the contracting officers responsibility determination per far part 9. Quoters shall complete and submit the price schedule in section b. 3 which includes estimated use. No other format shall be accepted. VAAR **** VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting/Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products: the formal certification required by VAAR **** must be completed, signed, and returned with the quoters quote. The government will not consider quotes for award from quoters that do not provide the certification, and all such responses will be deemed ineligible for evaluation and award. Per far ****, included in this solicitation by reference, quoters and quoters are required to be registered in sam at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Any quoter submitting a quote as a joint venture must provide a certification from each sdvosb joint partner, signed by an authorized official of each partner to the joint venture, stating that the parties to the joint venture 1 have entered into a joint venture agreement that fully complies with paragraph c of 13 cfr **** and 2 will perform the contract in compliance with the joint venture agreement.
