Signing a false statement may void submitted qualifications or any resulting agreements, and the respondent may be removed from proposer lists. A false certification is a material breach of contract and may result in termination.
Incomplete qualifications, failure to submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan, late submissions, or failure to sign and return the Execution of Offer may result in rejection or disqualification.
