The project involves grading, tile replacement, plaster installation, and equipment connection. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12/04/2025. Electronic submittal is required by the deadline, with hard copies accepted for verification. The bid bond and notarized affidavits must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Awards will be updated on PlanetBids after city council consideration.

The bid is for the replacement of light fixtures with LED fixtures in the shop and cold bay storage building. The requested finish date is February 15, 2026. A site visit is not required but highly encouraged. The contractor will be evaluated based on the completion and operational status of the listed items, following state and federal codes.

The contractor must complete all work within 90 calendar days of receiving the notice to proceed. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals. The contractor must submit product specifications and materials to the contracting officer for approval prior to ordering and delivery. The contractor shall submit a quality assurance plan (QAP) to monitor and evaluate performance for review and approval of the contracting officer. The contractor shall submit technical data, documents and specifications to the CFMO. The contractor and their employees shall at all times produce and display picture identification. All prospective contractors must be U. S. citizens or must have established and maintained legal residence in the U. S. and are authorized by the U. S. government to work in the U. S. All prospective contractors must have at least one form of U. S. government issued photo identification. All contractor employees are subject to a criminal history check to enter the facility. The contractor shall complete at level I awareness training. The contractor and all employees, subcontractors and their employees shall coordinate to receive the iwatch training. The contractor shall submit certificates of completion for each employee and subcontractor employee within 15 days of contract award to the VIARNG security branch office and CFMO. The contractor shall submit the qualifications of any required independent testing and inspection agent in advance for approval. Invoices shall be submitted after receipt of final acceptance in wide area workflow (WAWF).
