Bids are solicited for Pressure Seal Forms - PSF2W. Bids are due July 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Delivery is required within 3 business days from order placement. The contract term is from award until May 31, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. Samples may be requested for evaluation. Invoices are to be submitted to the Division of Central Services. Payment is expected within 30 days of receipt of a properly executed invoice. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

If a successful bidder fails or refuses to execute the contract, furnish required insurance or bonding, or otherwise complete the contract process within 45 days of bid opening, the county may void the award and award to the next lowest responsible bidder. Samples may be requested by the county for product evaluation and will be provided at no charge. Unused samples may be returned to the bidder at their expense. Failure to indicate reasons for not bidding, submitting bids in pencil, corrections without initials/dates, or failure to acknowledge addenda may result in rejection of the bid.
