The Rutherford County Board of Education is seeking bids for the renovation of a STEM lab at Thurman Francis Arts Academy School. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 11, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the school. Bids are due at 2:00 PM on March 20, 2025. Bidders must meet specific requirements, including a general contractor's license, bid bond (if over $25,000), compliance with Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA) provisions, performance bonds (if over $100,000), liability insurance ($1,000,000), and proof of workers' compensation insurance.
