Proposers must describe their firm's experience providing generator maintenance, testing, and repair services, including comparable municipal, utility, public safety, or airport work, and the qualifications, training, and certifications of proposed personnel. To demonstrate its qualifications for the project, the bidder must submit safety records, including citations for all serious violations, willful violations, and/or repeat violations issued by MIOSHA within the prior 36 months.
