Respondents must be qualified and demonstrate experience in performing installations of license plate reader LPR systems of similar scope, particularly for other local governmental agencies. Should the successful respondent fail to deliver materials or perform services as stipulated, the city may declare default and recover damages, costs, and fees, or procure services from another source and hold the defaulting respondent responsible for excess costs.
