The project includes developing an exhibit concept plan, detailed designs, and fabricating all approved exhibit elements. The contractor is responsible for ensuring exhibits are durable, maintainable, and accessible (ADA compliant). A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2026. Proposals are due by June 19, 2026. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price type. Technical acceptability and past performance are weighted more heavily than price.
The period of performance is from 07/01/2026 to 12/31/2027.
Payment will be made by the government via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) system. Payment requests must be submitted electronically. The contract is a firm-fixed-price type.
The contractor shall issue a full replacement warranty for all products and workmanship for a period of 1 year of normal wear and tear.
