Town Of West Springfield - Agency Bids & RFPs

Deliveries are to be made to each location between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm, and all deliveries must take place within 7 days of the order date.

The contractor shall, in the absence of a payment schedule, periodically submit to the town invoices, itemizing goods, services, labor and expenses for which compensation is due and requesting payment for goods received or services rendered by the contractor during the period covered by the invoice. The amounts due under such invoice shall be payable within thirty 30 days after the towns receipt of such invoice.

The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total price for all items in accordance with specifications as required in this bid.

The contract will be awarded only to a responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets all of the requirements in the specifications.

Full case samples must be provided by 3:00 pm on June 15, 2026. Samples should be delivered to 514 Amostown Rd, West Springfield, MA **** Attn: Bill Manley.

The delivery date for the vehicles is October 30, 2026.
