The contractor shall complete the entire work, ready for use, not later than 60 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The period of performance is from 07/20/2026 to 09/30/2026.

A site visit is mandatory and scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, at 10 AM Arizona time. The location is Painted Desert Inn, 2 miles into the park from the north entrance station off I40, exit 311.

Failure to submit quotes according to the instructions, including SAM registration and small business status, may result in the quote not being considered for award. Late quotes will not be accepted.

The delivery date for both the propane tanks and the generator is ****.

Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). A proper invoice must comply with the requirements identified in the applicable prompt payment clause or clause ****.

The contractor shall warrant the tanks and generator for a minimum of one (1) year from the effective date of the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranty must provide for completion of repairs, replacement of components, or total replacement for no less than two (2) years, issued directly from and serviced by the manufacturers.
