Lowest price technically acceptable. the government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a lowest price technically acceptable lpta basis.
Contractor must maintain ITAR compliance through registration per 22 CFR 122, JCP registration with DD Form ****, and CMMC Level 2 self-certification. the contractor shall maintain itar compliance through registration in accordance with 22 cfr 122
Failure to deliver first article on time or disapproval constitutes failure to make delivery under the default clause. if the contractor fails to deliver any first article on time, or the contracting officer disapproves any first article, the contractor will have failed to make delivery within the meaning of the default clause
First article samples required: 5 each of complete units before production delivery. the contractor shall submit a first article sample of 5 ea complete units prior to the first delivery of any production hardware.
