The vendor shall deliver the requested items no later than 120 days after the delivery order award date. Deliveries shall be made between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays. he vendor shall deliver the requested items nlt 120 days after delivery order award date.

The penalty for noncompliance with limitations on subcontracting is the greater of a $500k or b the dollar amount expended, in excess of permitted levels.

The proposed construction schedule must be capable of meeting the 360 calendar day period of performance.

Respondents are requested to include information on applicable service guarantees and warranties.

Respondents must provide detailed information regarding previous experience with similar requirements, including size, scope, complexity, timeframe, and client type (government or commercial). Pertinent certifications or capabilities, specifically regarding compliance with EM **** safety standards, OSHA regulations, and experience performing in-kind historical or standardized exterior repairs, are also requested.

The requirement may not be set aside for small businesses if two or more qualified small businesses do not respond with sufficient information to support a set-aside.

The total contract and construction performance period is no more than 45 calendar days.

Contractor will be paid through Wide Area Work Flow (WAF). Contractor shall submit a completed application and certification for payment to the COR for review and acceptance prior to entering an invoice into the WAF system.

Contractor agrees to warrant work for a period of 365 calendar days or twelve 12 months, whichever is longer, from the date of acceptance by the COR. Warranty shall be furnished in writing prior to the contractor's final invoice.

Contractor employees must comply with all personal identity verification requirements FAR clause **** employees must complete Level I awareness training within 10 calendar days after the contract start date. Contractor must prescreen all employees using the e-Verify program.

Contractor is required to visit the site prior to submission of a proposal.

Shop drawings, product data, and samples will be submitted for all equipment and materials. Specifically, a sample of the pipe lining material and specifications will be submitted.

Failure to ensure that the COR is notified by email and that a return receipt acknowledges its receipt may be grounds for forfeiture of any late fees the contractor may otherwise be owed.
