The town may reject any bid of a contractor who has not visited the work site. the town of north kingstown can reject anybid of a contractor who has not visited the work site.

Work shown on Steamboat Avenue sheets C101, C102, and C103 shall be completed before November 13, 2026. Cutting of paved surfaces, excavation within any paved roadway, or pavement resurfacing activities is not allowed from November 15th to April 1st.

Mobilization and demobilization lump sum bid price will be paid in two equal installments. The first installment will occur at the time the first payment requisition is submitted after the contractor has initiated full-time construction activity. Payment for the second installment will be included in the first payment request after substantial completion has been reached and all equipment has been removed from the site. In no case will the total of both installments exceed 5 percent of the base bid price.

Personnel performing video recording shall have at least 3 years experience actively engaged in color audiovideo recording documentation and survey projects.

A copy of this maintenance authorization to perform maintenance work shall be kept on site and available for inspection. The maintenance blue card must be posted on site during the duration of the project.

Failure to display the displayed card will result in legal action.
