Deliveries must be made by appointment only to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, 700 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania ****, between 6:30 am and 12:30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. All items must comply with BOP national menu specifications. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is August 26, 2026, at 8:00 am EST.
