For orders placed between November 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027, if a vendor is unable to make delivery within the order timeline, local governmental units shall have the right to retain as liquidated damages, not as a penalty, $5 per working day on the undelivered portion of the order, but not to exceed $50.

Request for the return of samples must accompany the sample and include UPS pickup slip, postage or other acceptable mode of return.
