Offers must be submitted no later than RFQ closing date 7/7/2026 4:30 PM EST. Quotes submitted after closing date and time will not be considered for award.

The award will be made on the basis of Lowest price technically acceptable LPTA.

Offerors must have an active registration in SAM. gov at the time of order placement. Awarded vendor must be registered or willing to register with EDI or OMS vendor portal to receive orders electronically.

The government reserves the right to reject any offer that is nonresponsive or fails to comply with the requirements of this RFQ. Offers received after the time specified in the solicitation will be deemed late.

Quotes must be submitted by 6/11/2026 at 5:00 PM CST.

Payment shall be made for items accepted by the government that have been delivered to the delivery destinations set forth in this contract. The government will make payment in accordance with the prompt payment act 31 **** and prompt payment regulations at 5 CFR part ****.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

A vendor meeting all administrative compliance requirements will move forward to the final evaluation factor: low price.

Vendors must be registered in SAM. gov and have the assigned NAICS size standard or less in their SAM account to be eligible for award. Foreign corporations must have an agent and a physical address in the United States.

In the event your firm ships an item that does not meet the specifications of the requirement, your firm will be responsible for a refund of the payment, or a correct replacement item and any cost incurred by the government.

Failure to complete and return all required documents, including pages 1 and 2 of the RFQ, and required field fill-ins, will result in the quote not being considered for award.

Incomplete quotes or quotes received after date and time of closing will not be considered for award.
