Payment will be made by acre. Payment will be made at the unit price per acres specified in the bid schedule which is made a part hereof and shall include the cost of all work described in this paragraph and the work data sheets.

For a bid to be considered, the bidder must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in similar applications. Bidders who do not meet the experience requirement will not be considered for award.

Bidders must provide a minimum of two references preferably three that can establish that the bidder has this required experience and has performed well within the past three years. Bidders who do not meet the experience requirement will not be considered for award.

Any areas missed by the contractor or treated to less than the concentration specified shall be retreated and brought up to standard, or by suitable deduction from contract price, at the option of the government. No additional cost to the government will be incurred.

This contract will be bid on a peracre price. The peracre price will be extended based on the quantity of acres to show a total project price.

The bid notice states, work can be completed anytime between the months of oct 1 and june 30th every year.
