Offerors must demonstrate at least five years of TSMO data processing experience, evidenced by successfully executed projects. Phase I requires technical capability and understanding, and corporate experience. Phase II requires a technical proposal and a business proposal including past performance.
Late or missing initial submissions will result in immediate disqualification. Proposals exceeding page limitations will be eliminated from evaluation.
