Firms should describe their relevant experience, modular manufacturing approach, secure communications enclosure capability, power systems and controls capability, electronic security systems capability, disassembly and relocation capability, environmental hardening, design and certification capability, factory testing, field installation and commissioning, security clearances and base access, schedule, lead time, and manufacturing capacity, capacity and bonding, expansion capability, and compliance with standards.
The government is particularly interested in modular or factoryintegrated solutions that may reduce field installation time, improve quality control, support factory acceptance testing, allow ****, and accommodate future expansion. Manufacturing performed entirely within a secure, controlled vendor facility, open to governmentuser inspections and unscheduled site visits during fabrication, installation, and testing.
