The base year period of performance is 08/30/2026 to 08/29/2027. Option year 1 is 08/30/2027 to 08/29/2028. Option year 2 is 08/30/2028 to 08/29/2029. Option year 3 is 08/30/2029 to 08/29/2030. Option year 4 is 08/30/2030 to 08/29/2031.

The evaluation will consider past performance.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government may terminate the contract for cause in the event of any default by the contractor, or if the contractor fails to comply with any contract terms and conditions.

The contractor shall not require its employees or subcontractors to sign or comply with internal confidentiality agreements or statements prohibiting or otherwise restricting such employees or subcontractors from lawfully reporting waste, fraud, or abuse related to the performance of a government contract.

The total award amount is $41,****.

The standard due date for submission of the Report of Investigation (ROI) shall typically be 30 calendar days from the date of assignment, unless otherwise specified. Contractors must have a minimum of three years of current experience conducting explosives relief of disabilities investigations, personnel investigations, and/or criminal investigations. Personnel must also meet specific education/experience combinations and be eligible for a Top Secret security clearance. A minimum of three 3 years of current experience conducting: o explosives relief of disabilities investigations, and o personnel investigations, andor 4 o criminal investigations.

Failure to obtain an approved extension prior to the due date may result in reduced or nonpayment for the affected assignment. Repeated failure to submit ROIs by required due dates may constitute grounds for termination of the contract. Failure to obtain or maintain a favorably adjudicated Tier 5 background investigation may result in disqualification and denial of access. Improper use of ATF credentials may result in termination. Delivery of each order shall be provided within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).

The government will evaluate submissions based on the following evaluation criteria: 1. Technical capability factor meeting or exceeding the requirement, 2. Price. Award basis: Lowest price technically acceptable.
