Key personnel requirements include a Program/Project Manager with a Master's degree, 5 years in research administration, and 3 years in management. Protocol Coordinators require 3 years of experience in IRB reviews and proficient written and oral communication skills.
The contractor shall be liable for default unless nonperformance is caused by an occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the contractor and without its fault or negligence. Liquidated damages may apply for data breaches.
Failure to complete mandatory annual training and sign the rules of behavior annually may result in suspension or termination of all physical or electronic access privileges and removal from work on the contract.
The total amount of services required is estimated to be $5,000,****. The maximum ceiling of the base contract is $6,000,**** over a five-year period.
