The proposal must provide satisfactory evidence that: the proposer has satisfactorily completed at least three california public agency contracts, completed before the proposal deadline, that are comparable in scope to civil engineering staff augmentation, municipal infrastructure project delivery, project management, design support, construction support, or related public works engineering services.

Payment for the five-year preventative maintenance program is based on a contract unit price per door. For the maintenance and service agreement, payment is structured for scheduled preventative maintenance, authorized nonwarranty repair labor, and replacement parts/materials.

Parts and labor required to correct defects covered by the manufacturers warranty shall be provided at no additional cost to the city in accordance with the applicable warranty requirements.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all requirements set forth in these bidding documents.
