Seller warrants that it has good and merchantable title to the goods sold hereunder and that said goods shall conform to the descriptions and applicable specifications and samples.

If successful bidder defaults by failing to supply bonds and/or certificate of insurance within the ten 10 day period allotted, award shall pass to the next lowest bidder.
