All machines must be delivered and installed no later than thirty 30 days after the beginning date of the contract.

The award will be based on best value, considering commission percentage (50%), technical approach (40%), and past performance, qualifications, and experience (10%).
Vendors must have been in business for at least five years or have principal owners with equivalent experience, be financially solvent, and have a satisfactory Vendor Performance Tracking System (VPTS) score.
Failure to comply with reporting requirements or other contract terms may result in remedies being assessed.

Failure to meet minimum qualifications, submit required forms, adhere to communication restrictions, or provide timely responses can lead to disqualification.
