The PA is anticipated to be effective by February 2027 and has a collective maximum NTE amount of $100,000,000. Proposers must be registered in OregonBuys. A preproposal conference is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 11:00 am PST. Proposals are firm offers, irrevocable for at least 180 days. Payment is based on completion or acceptable monthly progress. The agency encourages participation from small and resource-limited businesses.
