A public opening will be held, and bidders are invited to attend. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Awarding of the bid is projected for TBD, 2026. Clarifications or interpretations of bid specifications must be requested in writing at least five days prior to the bid opening date, with a copy to the finance department. Any changes will be made by addendum only. Bids may be withdrawn upon written request prior to the scheduled bid opening for corrections. After bid opening, no price modifications are permitted. A low bidder alleging a material mistake of fact may request withdrawal of their bid prior to the scheduled awarding date. Final inspection and acceptance will be at the City's discretion. Bidders must provide their Federal Tax ID number or Social Security number and New Mexico Tax Identification Number.
