Transcripts must be delivered within 7 business days for regular delivery, 48 hours for 48-hour delivery, or 24 hours for 24-hour delivery, as requested. complete transcripts of the days proceedings must be delivered within seven (7) business days after the conclusion of the proceedings

Payment is net 30 days upon receipt of a true and corrected invoice. the county will only pay net30 days upon receipt of a true and corrected invoice.

The contractor must warrant all goods and services for a minimum of one year from the county's acceptance. the contractor must warrant, for a minimum of one year from the countys acceptance, all goods, services, and construction provided under the contract

Contracts will be awarded to the two lowest responsible bidders based on the aggregate amount of unit prices. the lowest bids will be determined by the aggregate amount of the unit prices on the quotation sheet.

Bidders may be required to furnish evidence they are qualified dealers or regularly engaged in performing the services. bidders may be required to furnish satisfactory evidence that they are qualified dealers or manufacturers of the items listed or are regularly engaged in performing the services

Transcripts not delivered within the required period will be reduced by 1% per business day. the price of any transcript, and copies thereof, not delivered within the required delivery period. . . must be reduced by an amount equal to one percent (1%) for each business day

Protests must be delivered within 10 calendar days after the proposed award is publicly posted. within ten (10) calendar days after the director, office of procurement, publicly posts the proposed contract award

Failure to submit mandatory bid submissions may cause the bid to be deemed nonresponsive. failure to submit the mandatory bid submissions may be cause for your bid to be deemed nonresponsive.

Delivery schedule is specified in attachment B2. Bids exceeding required delivery time will be declared nonresponsive. the county requires delivery of the goods or services to be made according to the schedule below.

The county's standard payment terms are net 30 days. the countys standard payment terms are net thirty30 days.

Contractor must remedy defects within the guarantee period. the contractor must remedy any defects due to faulty material or workmanship. . . within the guarantee period beginning with the date of final payment.

Award to the responsible bidder with the highest percentage discount. the contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the responsive bid with the highest percentage discount for each catalog.

Bidders must be certified local small businesses registered with LSBRP. this solicitation is reserved for only application submittedcertified local small businesses timely registered with the countys lsbrp.

Failure to deliver may result in open market purchase and damages charged. the county reserves the right to make an open market purchase. . . to charge as damages the difference between the established price and the actual cost.
