The contract begins on September 15, 2026, and runs through June 30, 2027. agreement period is september 15, 2026 to june 30, 2027

Payment will be remitted within 30 days from the date of receipt and approval of invoices. the schools shall remit payment to the respondent within 30 days, from the date of receipt and approval of invoices.

The proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: pricing (weighted highest based on best price), responsiveness, and service delivery ability. pricing criteria is a separate category and is weighted highest of all criteria based on best price.

The government reserves the right to make a single, or multiple awards based on best value. best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, and past performance, this is an all or none quote vendors should quote all items, to be considered most advantageous to the government based on best value. quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative shipping cost with past performance that does not pose a risk to the government being the most important.
