Larimer County is seeking proposals for woody biomass removal, reduction, and hauling services. Contractors must have a proven track record, necessary licenses, and adequate machinery and workforce. Experience in mountainous terrain is preferred. The contract term is from October 21, 2026, to October 20, 2027, with potential for four one-year extensions. Insurance requirements must be met. Evaluation criteria include capability, resources, price, and proposal completeness.
