The City of Colorado Springs is seeking proposals for on-call stormwater construction services. Contracts will be indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) and task order based, with a total task order value not exceeding $1,000,000 per year. Proposals are due August 14, 2026. The successful offeror may be required to furnish samples for testing. The successful offeror may be required to furnish a complete statement of the origin, composition, and manufacture of materials used in the construction of the work together with samples, which will be tested for conformance with contract requirements.
Failure to provide requested information may result in rejection of the offer for non-responsiveness. Submitting a proposal without proper marking may lead to it being opened for identification.
