Contractor shall be paid on an hourly basis for time spent performing work, with itemized invoices submitted monthly. Contractor shall be paid on an hourly basis for the time spent by contractors employees performing the work described in the scope of services.
Contractor warrants that it is qualified to assume responsibilities and render services, and that the work will be performed in accordance with generally accepted professional practices. Contractor hereby warrants that it is qualified to assume the responsibilities and render the services described herein and has all requisite corporate authority and professional licenses in good standing, required by law.
Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, approach and understanding, and pricing (billing rates). The proposals shall be evaluated according to the following general guidelines and other relevant considerations as determined by the selection committee. 1. Qualifications 2. Experience 3. Proposals must include team qualifications, including prime consultant firm profile, resumes of key staff, team structure, services self-performed vs. sub-consultant performed, and profiles of key staff for sub-consultants. Provide the prime consultant firms profile, including number of years in operation, office location, size of staff, and contact information for primary pointofcontact including email address.
Failure to submit proposals electronically via RMPS by the deadline, or submitting hardcopy submittals, will result in disqualification. Hardcopy submittals will not be accepted.
The total compensation shall not exceed $500,000 over the 3-year contract. in consideration for the work performed by contractor under the scope of services, the town shall pay contractor an amount not to exceed 500, 000 over the 3year contract.
