Unauthorized contact with DPS personnel may deem the developer disqualified. any contact with other dps personnel may deem the developer disqualified, and the proposal will not be accepted for review.

The proposal deadline for submission via BidNet is August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT. The implementation deadline is January 2027.

The successful supplier shall submit periodic invoices for completed services to the districts accounts payable department. Invoices shall not exceed thirty calendar days from the date of service. The district does not pay any late fees.

Partners must demonstrate capacity to provide a turnkey asynchronous operational model, experience serving overage/undercredited students and dropout recovery populations, expertise in accelerated asynchronous instructional models, and experience integrating CTE, workforce development, and industry credential pathways into virtual learning.

All firms doing business with DPS shall hold a current ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard-Green Building (CIMS-GB) certification or shall obtain it within 90 days of the contract's start date.

Deductions in payments may be enforced if required duties as provided in the scope of this agreement are not met by the contractor. Specific penalties are outlined for building security breaches and failure to correct deficiencies.

A mandatory virtual pre-bid/proposal conference will be held on July 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM MT. A representative of the supplier must attend this mandatory conference to qualify to respond to this contract.

Suppliers may appeal by submitting, in writing, a detailed request for reconsideration to the district's Director of Purchasing within 72 hours after the recommendation of award is posted on BidNet.

Any contact with other DPS personnel related to this solicitation, outside of authorized channels, may result in the supplier being disqualified and the proposal not being accepted for review.
