Proposals must be received by 10 AM on June 24, 2026, via BidNet. Late proposals will not be accepted.
Vendor forms and items will be reviewed for completion and awarded prequalification status on a pass/fail basis. Pass: All items are complete and submitted. Fail: Items are missing, not completed, and/or not signed.
Vendors must have general contractor experience with K12 entities for at least three years, comply with DPS safety standards, background check policy, and meet or exceed DPS insurance requirements. The company must also have a prehire drug testing program and sustainability procedures/practices.
Failure to comply with subcontractor information submission requirements may be grounds for termination of award. Vendors who fail to meet their diverse business inclusion commitment may be prohibited from applying for future contracts for at least six months.
Suppliers may appeal by submitting a written request for reconsideration to the Director of Purchasing within 72 hours after the recommendation of award is posted on BidNet.
Unauthorized contact with a district employee other than the purchasing agent regarding this RFP may result in disqualification. Misstating or concealing any material fact in the offer, or not strictly conforming to the law or requirements of the solicitation, can lead to rejection.
