The City of Glenwood Springs is seeking a qualified vendor to install a new HVAC system and remove existing radiant tube heaters in the Fleet Building. A mandatory pre-proposal walkthrough is scheduled for August 10th at 12:00 PM. Proposals are due August 26th at 2:00 PM via bidnetdirect. com. The award will be based on best value, considering qualifications and compliance with requirements. Insurance requirements are detailed in Section V.
Proposals must be submitted prior to close on bidnet, which is August 26th at 2:00 PM.
Bidder agrees to furnish products and/or services at the prices quoted and to comply with all terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the RFP documents. Bidder offers and agrees to furnish to the city of glenwood with the products andor services described in its proposal, at the prices quoted in the proposal, and to comply with all terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the rfp documents and contained herein.
The city is looking to award the project to the firm offering the best value. Price is a consideration but not the only one.
Bidder represents and warrants that bidder is a reputable company regularly engaged in providing products and/or services necessary to meet the terms, conditions, and requirements of the RFP, and bidder has the necessary experience, knowledge, abilities, skills, and resources to satisfactorily perform the terms, conditions and requirements of the RFP.
There will be a mandatory pre-proposal walkthrough on Wednesday, August 10th at 12 PM at the City of Glenwood Fleet Building, **** Devereux Rd. this meeting is mandatory.
Any attempts to contact city personnel other than the clerk will result in disqualification. Any submittal that does not meet the requirements set forth in this document and any addenda will not be considered by the selection committee.
