Metro Water Recovery is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for task order-based security consulting services for its wastewater facilities. Services include security risk assessments, design reviews, and recommendations to enhance security and protect personnel and critical infrastructure. The agreement will be for a five-year term. SOQs are due August 13, 2026. Selected firms must be capable of meeting insurance requirements and comply with Metro's policies. Work will be issued by task order.
SOQs are due August 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM Mountain Time.
Selection will be based on who the Metro selection committee considers to be the best qualified, considering technical qualifications, experience, quality of services, references, customer satisfaction, and completeness of the SOQ.
Selected firms will be experienced in providing a range of services including CPTED, AWWA J100 risk and resilience management, security risk assessment, physical security design review, access control system review, video surveillance system review, and emergency preparedness and resiliency review. Individuals in responsible charge must hold appropriate professional registration or qualification in Colorado.
A confidential, voluntary one-on-one meeting with Metro staff is available for interested firms between July ****, 2026, limited to one meeting per firm and a maximum duration of 30 minutes.

Knowingly making a misrepresentation in submitting information may be grounds for denying qualification or result in debarment from future projects.
