The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is procuring Appian software licenses for its technical data management and logistics data services programs. The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under the NASA SEWP government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC). Adequate competition among authorized resellers is anticipated.
