Contractor will provide their equipment lists to include dumpster and vehicle inventory to ensure they have enough and correct equipment for the fulfillment of the contract. Contractor will provide specifications for compactor with proposal. Must be self-contained so as to not leave a mess when being emptied. All laydown sites for dumpsters are easily accessible by trucks. The contractor shall be responsible for the delivery, maintenance, serviceability and removal of containers and equipment, throughout the contract period. All containers shall be maintained in an operable condition so as to close properly, prevent vermin entry, and prevent leakage. The containers must not emit unpleasant odors, as identified by the NAMA's Contract Officers Representative. Issues shall be corrected immediately by the contractor at no additional cost.
