This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The contract will be awarded as a 1-year IDIQ from 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026. The guaranteed minimum contract amount is 72 days, and the maximum contract amount shall not exceed 545 days. The offeror must provide a firm delivery date for when the truck can be delivered and operational from the date of award. Technical and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price. The offeror must submit a completed price schedule with an all-inclusive daily rate for
mobile CT scanning services. A separate line item is provided for
mobile CT unit transport and set up at a new location after the initial setup. The offeror must submit a minimum of three references for current/prior
mobile CT scanning services that are similar in size and scope to this requirement. The offeror must submit a detailed contingency plan for failure of part of the contractor. The offeror must provide documentation of the proposed
mobile CT unit and scanner specifications. The offeror must submit a completed Buy American Certificate. The offeror must certify that key personnel have been compared to the OIG list. The offeror must submit signed copies of attachments 1, 2, and 3. The offeror must submit a completed and signed certification in accordance with VAAR 852. 21975. The offeror must acknowledge all amendments that may be issued under this RFP. The offeror must provide evidence of medical liability insurance in accordance with VAAR 852. 23770. The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The government may reject any or all proposals if such action is in the governments interest. The government may waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 180 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
