The government will award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering technical capability, past performance, and price. award will be made to the offeror whose quotation offers the best value to the government, consideringtechnical capability, past performance, and price.
Contractors must be accredited by the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries (GFAS), have licensed veterinarians experienced with NHPs, possess a facility meeting sanctuary-level enclosure requirements and GFAS standards, have a history of complying with USDA APHIS animal welfare standards, and have the capability to support USDA-licensed primate transport. The contractor shall possess the following: accreditation by global federation of animal sanctuaries gfas. licensed veterinarians experienced with nhps. facility that meets sanctuary levelenclosure requirements and that meets gfas requirements.
Liquidated damages shall be enforced if proof of sterilization is not received within six months of animal receipt. should proof not be received within six months of receipt of animal, liquidated damages shall be enforced.
