If the undersigned shall fail or refuse to comply with his obligations under this guaranty, the city shall be entitled to all cost and expenses, including attorneys fees, reasonably incurred by reason of the said failure or refusal.
A retired person shall not serve, be employed by, or be employed through a contract directly by, a public employer in the same public retirement system from which the retiree receives the benefit without reinstatement from retirement, except as permitted by this section.
Annual Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Project This scope of work will include rehabilitation of 37 manholes and the constructionof a weir in a manhole in the City of Poway, CA.
