90% completion is expected by the end of December 2027, with 100% completion expected by April 30, 2028.

Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, Better Billy Bunker certifications, qualifications, technical approach, project schedule, estimated completion, and cost proposal, with the award going to the proposal offering the best value to the university.

Respondents must provide proof of active Better Billy Bunker certification and demonstrate relevant experience with at least seven completed projects involving 18-hole Better Billy Bunker renovations in the last five years.

The contractor is responsible for paying Oakland University $100 per day for each calendar day the project is delayed past the substantial completion date, as liquidated damages.
