A bidder who intends to protest the apparent low bid must submit the protest to the district project manager within five (5) working days after the district's issuance of the memorandum of the bid opening.
Bid proposals containing blanks may be disqualified. Bids may be rejected from any contractor for whom there is documented evidence of project schedule delays and cost overruns and/or documented inability to meet project performance requirements.
The total project cost has been estimated to be approximately $800,000.
